Patrol Requests are coordinated by both the Patrol and the Property Manager where the Patrol Manager sends in the request and the Property Managers chooses to Approve or Decline it.
Patrol Requests are done so that the Property Manager can make sure that no one else is patrolling the property except for the approved party. NOTE: When approved, any existing Patrol Agency subscription will be deactivated. This essentially means that only one agency at a time can be approved.
The process begins with the Patrol Manager sending in a request to access the property for patrolling. It can either be approved or denied, and the status will show in the Request Property Access section of the Patrol Manager’s account. Requests that have not been viewed yet will show as Pending. If a request has been denied, the Patrol Manager can send another request.
