Permits allow a vehicle belonging to a Tenant or a Visitor to be parked on the property without being in violation. Patrol and Property Managers both have a dashboard when they log onto their accounts, but a Tenant does not because they do not have any plate number statistics data to view. The only things the Tenant needs to manage are permits, visitor information, and creating space calls in case of cars in violation of the property rules. The Permits screen is the default “home screen” when the Tenant first logs into their account. It allows them to edit, delete, or add a new permit. It will also show if the permit is pending approval or not. Permits require the following information:

  • Plate Number
  • Make of car
  • Model of car
  • Color of car
  • Location
  • Expiration Date
  • Source
  • Differently Abled or not

Once the Permit Request has been sent, the Tenant must wait for the Property Manager to respond by either approving or declining the request.
