Under the school admin role, you can edit the school information by clicking on the “School” option on the menu.

By clicking on the top-left (the pencil icon) of the school information section, you will be redirected to the following screen to update/edit. It is divided in 3 sections: General, Admin and Config.

For the general section, you can edit/update the school information such as: name, address and school code.

For the admin section, you can edit/update the school administrator information such as: name, phone and email.

For the config section, you can edit pickup time for each day, visitor pass offset time (in hours), pickup duration time (in hours) announcement times and special dates. Special dates are days where the pickup time is different than normal days.

For example, we have entered Eve of Independence as a special date for this school. To add a special date, click on the option “Add Special Date”:

  • Name: Enter the name of the special date.
  • Start Date: Please enter the start date of the special date.
  • End Date: Please enter the end date of the special date.
  • Pickup Start Time: Please select a pickup start time for the special date.

To edit or delete a created special date, click on the pencil button on the top-left:

After you make all the necessary changes, please click on the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
