Buy a Plan
Only Property and Patrol Managers are allowed to purchase plans for devices on their accounts. Users are allowed to choose between 3 different plans: Monthly Quarterly Yearly Plans must be purchased for each camera. If a plan has not already been purchased, Placa.ai will prompt the user to purchase one before adding a new device.

My Orders
This section is only available on the Property Manager’s account so they can see the plans that have been purchased and their invoices. The orders show: Order # Payment Amount Payment Date Payment Status Type of Plan Invoice details can be viewed by selecting the desired order, and they can be downloaded as well.
