Roles

On Placa.ai there are three different roles:

• Property Manager
• Patrol Manager
• Tenant

Each role holds different responsibilities, and therefore, has different menu options and functions. The Property Manager is the role that holds the most responsibility because they are the ones that manage tenants, permits, properties, etc. The Patrol Manager manages the Drivers and sends the requests to access the properties, and the Tenants are managers of their own accounts.
